Spicy Shrimps

You will need:

• 600gms of medium or large shrimp

• Chopped onion, 1 cup

• Minced garlic, 3 cloves

• 1 ½ teaspoons of paprika

• ½ teaspoon of black pepper

• ½ teaspoon of white pepper

• 125 grams of salted butter

• ½ teaspoon of powdered oregano

• 1 tablespoon of hot sauce

• ½ cup of chicken broth

How will you prepare?

• Add the butter in a non-stick frying pan

• Add sauté and garlic for a minute after butter has melted

• Now add sauté and onions for two minutes

• Then add black pepper, white pepper, hot sauce, oregano and paprika and stir them together

• Coat the shrimps while sautéing for not more than two minutes

• Now, mix in half a cup of chicken broth and cook till the shrimps are done

Curried Lobster

• 650 to 700gms of cooked lobster meat

• 100 grams of cashews, grounded into a paste

• 150 grams of butter

• 2 cups of onion paste

• ¾ teaspoon of powdered ginger

• 4 cloves of garlic paste

• 1 teaspoon of powdered turmeric

• ½ cup of mashed tomato

• 1 tablespoon of sugar

• 2 ½ cups of coconut milk

Method to prepare

• Melt the butter again in a non-stick saucepan

• Mix in garlic paste and onion and sauté them for approximately 10 to 12 minutes

• Now, add cashew paste, mashed tomato, turmeric and ginger powder

• Cove the sauté pan and allow it to simmer on low heat for approximately 5 minutes

• After that, uncover the pan after turning off heat and cook for 10 minutes more

• Add salt and sugar to taste and cook for 5 minutes more after stirring the mixture

• Serve with rice
